Build A Home in Burundi

We build homes for widows and fatherless children. Each home is made of cement with steel roofs. The kitchens and latrines are on the outside.

They have 2 bedrooms and 1 living area and are about 485 sq ft, huge by African standards.

We can build homes for $1,000, the local churches help them with food and education. They 3,167 have built so far, but millions of women and children still live with no shelter.

Once homes are built: food and care are provided by the local churches.

According to the World Health Organization 2% of the worlds orphans are ever adopted

More than 90% of the funding for orphans is spent on the adoption process

OUR FOCUS will be on the 98% of the orphans who will

never be adopted
